Elite Horse Transport, the national horse transportation company that caters to top show horses announced the launch of their new website today.

The address for the new site is www.elitehorsetransport.com.  Visitors will find a wealth of information on shipping horses and can even get a price quote on line.

The site also offers an expanded Question and Answer section to address the many questions that the owners and trainers have when they are preparing to ship horses.  Elite Horse Transport president, Jim Welsh explains, “In light of the EVA Herpes Virus in Florida, people are more concerned than ever about the safety of shipping their horses.  At Elite, we have always practiced the strictest sanitation measures to insure each horses health and safety.  We know that each individual horse is precious cargo and we always go above and beyond to ensure our horses comfort and safety”, added Welsh.

Website visitors will also be treated to testimonials and photos from a handful of Elite Horse Transport’s clients including Arlene (Tuny) Page, Will Faudree, Michelle Gibson, Evan Coluccio and John Zopatti.

“The online quote is another convenience of our new website”, said Welsh. Site visitors can quickly find out what shipping to a certain destination will cost. “Usually when our customers price shop, they are pleasantly surprised that they can provide their horses with our level of care and safety for the same price as other shippers and sometimes for even less”, says Welsh.

Welsh is also a strong believer in giving back to the community that supports his business. "We are proud to again be donating a shipping package to the Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center’s silent auction this year’’, said Welsh. The company is involved with a large number of equestrian charities, but did not include their participation in these events on the new website. “I want the website to be an informative place where horse owners can quickly find the information they need about shipping their horses”, said Welsh, “We are not using it to pat ourselves on the back.  I am honored to serve the equestrian community and give back whenever I can.
