Kent Farrington & Thunder-Ball Capture $10,000 Welcome Stake
at Spring 5 Show in Wellington


Kent Farrington and Thunder-Ball were double clear Friday to win the $10,000 Wellington Golf Cars Welcome Stake at Equestrian Sport Productions’ Spring 5 at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.

The eight-year-old Dutch Warmblood Gelding is owned by Josephine Nash of Comfortside Farms in North Salem, NY. Ms. Nash is the regular rider.

Ken Berkley and Carlotta placed second, Holly Orlando and Great Pleasure third, Mary Shirley and RMW New Day fourth, Charlie Jayne and Cashmere fifth and Margie Engle and Hidden Creek’s Coraya Z sixth.
